Transaction-based fees

Unless otherwise agreed in the Order Form, Linework charges the following transaction-based fees for payments processed through the SaaS:

  • Card payments (debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay): 1.65%
  • Vipps: 1.85%
  • Klarna: 3.99%
  • Linework Gift Card: 2.99%
  • Linework Deposit: 2.65%

Transaction-based fees are calculated on the total transaction amount processed through the SaaS, including any applicable VAT and tips.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, transaction-based fees are calculated before any split, payout distribution, commission deduction or settlement between the Customer and artists, piercers or other business partners.

Where a transaction is split between a studio and an artist or piercer through the SaaS, the applicable transaction-based fee is split equally between the two parties.

Accordingly, the fee charged to each party will be:

  • Card payments: 0.825% each
  • Vipps: 0.925% each
  • Klarna: 1.995% each
  • Linework Gift Card: 1.495% each
  • Linework Deposit: 1.325% each

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

Linework may update its standard prices with prior notice in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
